Mexican Fiesta

Ingredients

• 1 12 lb hamburger meat
• 1 envelope taco seasoning
• 12 c water
• 1 pkg yellow rice dinner
• 1 lb Velveeta cheese
• 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
• Doritos chips crushed

Directions

1. Brown meat drain
2. Add seasoning and water
3. Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes
4. Prepare rice
5. Melt cheese and Ro-Tel tomatoes mix well
6. Combine meat rice and cheese dip
7. Top with chips
8. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes
