Mexican Fiesta Dip
Ingredients
- 1 large container sour cream
- 1 pkg taco seasoning
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 3 avocados
- 1 medium to large can refried beans
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 bunch green onions
- 2 large tomatoes
- 1 to 2 cans sliced black olives
- 6 oz Cheddar cheese grated
- 1 pkg tortilla chips
Directions
- On large oblong or round platter spread a layer of refried beans
- Combine avocados lemon juice salt and pepper
- Spread that mixture on top of beans
- Combine sour cream and taco seasoning
- Spread on top of avocado mixture
- Chop and combine green onions tomatoes and olives
- Spread in a ring around outside of platter
- Garnish with Cheddar cheese and serve with tortilla chips
