Mexican Fiesta Pie

Ingredients
- 3 c corn tortilla chips
- 15 oz can chili with beans
- 12 c chopped onion
- 2 c shredded Cheddar American or Monterey Jack cheese
- shredded or chopped lettuce
- tomatoes and olives
Directions
- Heat oven to 400
- Lightly grease a 9-inch square pan or 1 12-quart shallow casserole dish
- Layer half the corn chips chili onion and cheese in pan repeat
- Bake uncovered at 400 for 15 minutes or until hot
- Garnish with lettuce tomatoes and olives
- Makes 4 servings
