Mexican Fruit Cake

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 c sugar
- 2 c plain flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 20 oz can crushed pineapple
- 1 c pecans
- 6 oz cream cheese
- 12 c margarine softened
- 2 c powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Cream eggs and sugar add flour and soda
- Beat with mixer Add pineapple and pecans
- Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan Pour mixture into pan
- Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes
- Mix cream cheese margarine powdered sugar and vanilla
- Frost cake with this mixture then refrigerate
