Mexican Fruit Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 c flour
  • 2 c sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 20 oz can crushed pineapple
  • 1 c chopped nuts

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together
  2. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes Frost with cream cheese frosting
