Mexican Hominy

Ingredients
- 1 29 oz can hominy drained
- 2 Tbsp margarine
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 c milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 12 tsp pepper
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 4 oz can chopped green chilies
- 1 c grated Velveeta
- crushed corn chips
- pepper slices for garnish
Directions
- Empty drained hominy in a shallow baking dish
