Mexican Hominy Casserole

Ingredients

• 2 cans hominy
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 8 oz jar Cheez Whiz with jalapenos
• crushed corn chips

Directions

1. Drain hominy
2. Place in 2-quart casserole dish
3. Heat soup undiluted
4. Add Cheez Whiz and let melt
5. Pour over hominy Sprinkle chips on top Bake at 350 for 30 minutes uncovered
