Mexican Lasagne

Ingredients

  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1 soup can of milk
  • 9 flour tortillas
  • 1 can hot enchilada sauce
  • 1 can mild enchilada sauce
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 moon Longhorn cheese grated

Directions

  1. Brown hamburger drain
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste and onion if desired
  3. In saucepan heat milk soup and enchilada sauces until blended
  4. Grease 9 x 13-inch pan
  5. Place 3 tortillas in bottom top with a layer of meat cheese then soup mixture Make 3 layers of this making sure to reserve enough soup mixture to pour over top
  6. End with cheese on top
  7. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes
  8. Top with shredded lettuce tomatoes and sour cream if desired
