Mexican Maze-In Bread

Ingredients
- 1 c yellow cornmeal
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 tsp soda
- 13 c melted shortening
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 8 oz can creamed corn
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 c shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 4 oz can chopped drained green chiles
Directions
- Mix together the corn meal salt and soda and blend
- Stir in shortening sour cream corn and eggs and mix well
- Add chiles and cheese stir
- Pour mixture into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 375 for 35 to 40 minutes
