Mexican Maze-In Bread

Ingredients

• 1 c yellow cornmeal
• 12 tsp salt
• 12 tsp soda
• 13 c melted shortening
• 1 c sour cream
• 1 8 oz can creamed corn
• 2 eggs beaten
• 1 c shredded Cheddar cheese
• 1 4 oz can chopped drained green chiles

Directions

1. Mix together the corn meal salt and soda and blend
2. Stir in shortening sour cream corn and eggs and mix well
3. Add chiles and cheese stir
4. Pour mixture into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 375 for 35 to 40 minutes
