Mexican Meat Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 or 1 12 lb ground beef
• 1 onion
• 1 can mild enchilada sauce
• 1 can mushroom soup
• grated cheese
• 1 pkg taco Doritos

Directions

1. Fry hamburger and onion together pour off grease
2. Mix in enchilada sauce and mushroom soup mix well
3. In casserole dish layer Doritos sprinkle with grated cheese Place layer of meat mixture and layer of Doritos and layer of meat mixture sprinkle with cheese
4. Cook in hot oven for 10 minutes
