Mexican Meat Filling

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chuck
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 18 tsp cayenne
  • 2 Tbsp chili powder
  • 12 tsp ground cumin
  • 34 tsp salt
  • 1 c tomato sauce

Directions

  1. In large skillet cook ground chuck onion garlic and cayenne over medium-high heat stirring often until meat is no longer pink about 5 minutes
  2. Add chili powder cumin and salt
  3. Cook 1 minute
  4. Add tomato sauce and cook stirring often until thickened about 5 minutes
