Mexican Pinwheels

Ingredients

• 2 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
• 1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch dressing salad dressing
• 2 green onions minced
• 4 12-inch flour tortillas
• 1 4 oz jar diced pimento
• 1 4 oz can diced green chilies
• 1 22 oz can sliced black olives

Directions

1. Mix first three ingredients
2. Spread on tortillas
3. Drain remaining ingredients and blot on paper towels
4. Spread equal amounts on cream cheese
5. Roll tightly
6. Chill 2 hours
7. Cut into 1-inch pieces
8. Discard ends
9. Serve facing up on dish or plate
