Mexican Pinwheels
Ingredients
- 6 to 8 large flour tortillas
- 1 medium onion diced
- 14 c diced black olives
- 14 c diced jalapeno peppers
- 12 oz cream cheese softened fat-free works
Directions
- Add onion olives and peppers to cream cheese
- Mix well Spread over tortillas and roll up jelly roll style
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate about 4 hours
- Slice into 34-inch sections save the ends for yourself as this is all that will be left
- Serve with salsa if desired
- Watch them disappear
