Mexican Pinwheels
Ingredients
- 2 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
- 1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch dressing salad dressing
- 2 green onions minced
- 4 12-inch flour tortillas
- 1 4 oz jar diced pimento
- 1 4 oz can diced green chilies
- 1 22 oz can sliced black olives
Directions
- Mix first three ingredients
- Spread on tortillas
- Drain remaining ingredients and blot on paper towels
- Spread equal amounts on cream cheese
- Roll tightly
- Chill 2 hours
- Cut into 1-inch pieces
- Discard ends
- Serve facing up on dish or plate
