Mexican Potato Topper

Ingredients
- 12 c diced bell pepper
- 12 c diced onion
- 12 c milk
- 1 14 sticks butter sliced
- 12 scant block Mexican Velveeta cheese sliced
- 1 large container sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
- chopped jalapenos optional
Directions
- Microwave on High for 5 minutes stir and return if needed to melt cheese thoroughly
- Can also be used as topping for broccoli cauliflower etc
