Mexican Skillet

Ingredients

• 1 lb sausage crumbled
• 1 c diced onions
• 1 c diced green pepper
• 2 c uncooked macaroni
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp chili powder
• 1 c sour cream
• 1 No 303 can tomatoes
• 1 c water

Directions

1. Cook in heavy skillet for about 20 minutes on medium heat and approximately 20 minutes on simmer all ingredients except sour cream
2. Fold in sour cream just before serving
