Mexican Spaghetti

Mexican Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 1 2 lb jar spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
  • 1 12 oz pkg spaghetti
  • 1 to 2 lb Velveeta Mexican shredded cheese
  • 2 cans mild green chilies chopped
  • 2 lb hamburger
  • 1 onion chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions drain
  2. Fry hamburger and drain
  3. Mix together hamburger sauce chilies onion salt and pepper
  4. Simmer 15 minutes
  5. Combine spaghetti and sauce mix well
  6. Layer two 9 x 13-inch baking dishes with half the spaghetti top with half of the cheese and cover with remaining spaghetti and cheese
  7. Bake at 350 for 20 to 30 minutes
  8. Half recipe fills one 9 x 13-inch pan
