Mexican Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 2 lb ground beef
- 12 c chopped green pepper
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp ground red pepper
- 1 15 oz can tomatoes
- 1 15 oz can tomato sauce
- 12 c chopped onion
- 2 c shredded cheese
- 1 7 oz box spaghetti cooked
Directions
- Brown meat onion and green pepper in skillet
- Drain
- Add remaining ingredients except cheese
- Simmer for 10 minutes
- Pour into a 9 x 13-inch buttered casserole dish
- Bake for 20 minutes at 400
- Top with cheese and return to oven until melted
