Mexican Spoon Bread

Ingredients
- 1 1 lb can cream-style corn
- 34 c milk
- 13 c salad oil or melted shortening
- 2 eggs slightly beaten
- 1 c cornmeal
- 12 tsp soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 4 oz can California green chiles seeded and chopped
- 1 12 c shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except chilies and cheese in order given wet ingredients first then dry ingredients
