Mexican Taco Salad
Ingredients
- 1 12 lb ground beef
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 125 oz pkg chili seasoning mix
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 large can tomatoes
- 1 7 oz bag yellow rice
- 1 can cream of cheddar cheese soup
- 1 c milk
- 1 c shredded cheese
- shredded lettuce
- Fritos
- cubed fresh tomatoes
Directions
- Prepare rice according to directions on bag
- Saute onions and ground beef
- Add chili mix canned tomatoes salt and pepper to beef mixture
- Add rice
- Mix milk and cheddar cheese soup together and beat until creamy
- Pour over meat mixture
- Top with cubed fresh tomatoes shredded lettuce shredded cheese and Fritos
