Mexican Wastebasket Soup

Ingredients
- 12 c chopped onions
- 1 can Ro-Tel diced tomatoes
- 1 can green chiles
- 2 cans whole kernel corn
- 2 cans pinto beans
- 1 can lima beans
- 1 can black olives
- 1 pkg beef onion soup mix
- 1 c chopped celery
- 2 pkg small Smok-Y-Links sausage
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a Dutch oven and simmer 1 to 2 hours
- Serve over cooked rice with cornbread
