Mexican Wedding Cakes

Ingredients

  • 1 13 c butter
  • 23 c confectioners sugar
  • 12 tsp vanilla
  • 2 14 c all-purpose flour
  • 18 tsp salt
  • 1 c finely chopped pecans
  • confectioners sugar

Directions

  1. In large mixing bowl cream butter confectioners sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy
  2. Add flour salt and pecans mix well
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours
