Mexican Wedding Cakes

Ingredients
- 1 13 c butter
- 23 c confectioners sugar
- 12 tsp vanilla
- 2 14 c all-purpose flour
- 18 tsp salt
- 1 c finely chopped pecans
- confectioners sugar
Directions
- In large mixing bowl cream butter confectioners sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy
- Add flour salt and pecans mix well
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours
