Mexitalian Lasagne

Ingredients
- 1 can chili no beans
- 1 16 oz jar salsa drained
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 34 c grated Parmesan
- 1 12 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 12 c cottage cheese
- 1 12 tsp dried parsley
- lasagne noodles cooked
- 2 12 c Mozzarella
Directions
- Combine chili salsa mushrooms Parmesan and Italian seasoning
- Mix cottage cheese and parsley flakes
- Layer noodles cottage cheese chili and Mozzarella
- Repeat to make 3 layers Bake 30 minutes at 350
- Let stand 10 minutes before serving
