Mexitalian Lasagne

Ingredients

  • 1 can chili no beans
  • 1 16 oz jar salsa drained
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 34 c grated Parmesan
  • 1 12 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 12 c cottage cheese
  • 1 12 tsp dried parsley
  • lasagne noodles cooked
  • 2 12 c Mozzarella

Directions

  1. Combine chili salsa mushrooms Parmesan and Italian seasoning
  2. Mix cottage cheese and parsley flakes
  3. Layer noodles cottage cheese chili and Mozzarella
  4. Repeat to make 3 layers Bake 30 minutes at 350
  5. Let stand 10 minutes before serving
