MichaelS Danish Chocolate Chip Tart A LOrange
Ingredients
- 15 oz container Ricotta cheese
- 2 eggs
- 14 c sugar
- 2 Tbsp melted butter
- 12 tsp vanilla
- 6 oz pkg semi-sweet morsels
- 2 4 oz pkg graham crackers mini tart crusts
- 2 11 oz cans drained mandarin oranges
- 14 c apricot preserves
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- In large bowl combine Ricotta eggs sugar butter and vanilla beat well
- Stir in chocolate chips Spoon 14 cup into each crust mini
- Place on cookie sheet Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes center will be soft
- Cool completely
