MichaelS Danish Chocolate Chip Tart A LOrange

Ingredients

  • 15 oz container Ricotta cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 14 c sugar
  • 2 Tbsp melted butter
  • 12 tsp vanilla
  • 6 oz pkg semi-sweet morsels
  • 2 4 oz pkg graham crackers mini tart crusts
  • 2 11 oz cans drained mandarin oranges
  • 14 c apricot preserves

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. In large bowl combine Ricotta eggs sugar butter and vanilla beat well
  3. Stir in chocolate chips Spoon 14 cup into each crust mini
  4. Place on cookie sheet Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes center will be soft
  5. Cool completely
