Michigan Bean Bake

Ingredients

• 1 48 oz jar cooked Great Northern beans
• 1 12 lb lean pork cut into cubes
• 12 tsp salt
• 1 14 oz bottle ketchup
• 3 Tbsp mustard
• 1 12 c brown sugar
• 12 large sweet onion chopped

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients mix gently but well
2. Bake at 300 uncovered for 5 to 6 hours covering the last hour
3. Or cook in crock-pot on low overnight
