Microwave Beef Stew

Ingredients

• 2 lb boneless beef cut into 1 inch cubes
• 2 c water divided
• 1 1 38 oz envelope onion soup mix
• 4 medium thinly sliced carrots
• 2 potatoes in 1 inch cubes
• 1 8 oz can peas drained
• 14 c flour

Directions

1. In 4 quart casserole combine beef 12 cup water soup mix carrots potatoes
2. and

4. leafCover with glass lid Cook at High for 8minutes
5. and
6. at
7. Low
8. 1 to 1 14 hours or until beef and
9. vegetables
10. are
11. tender
12. Stir
13. occasionally Stir in peas Blend
14. flour
15. and remaining water until smooth Stir into stew Cook at
16. High 4 to 5 minutes or until stew is thickened stir once
17. Yields 6 to 8 servings
