Microwave Butterscotch Fudge

Ingredients

  • 3 c sugar
  • 34 c butter or margarine
  • 1 5 13 oz can evaporated milk
  • 1 12 oz pkg butterscotch pieces
  • 1 7 oz jar marshmallow cream
  • 12 c walnuts chopped
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. In a 2-quart glass measure combine sugar butter or margarine and milk
  2. Microwave on High 8 12 to 10 12 minutes or until sugar is dissolved stirring twice
  3. Add remaining ingredients and stir until butterscotch is melted and cream is well blended
  4. Turn into a well-greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish
  5. Chill until firm Yields sixty 1 14-inch pieces
