Microwave Butterscotch Fudge
Ingredients
- 3 c sugar
- 34 c butter or margarine
- 1 5 13 oz can evaporated milk
- 1 12 oz pkg butterscotch pieces
- 1 7 oz jar marshmallow cream
- 12 c walnuts chopped
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- In a 2-quart glass measure combine sugar butter or margarine and milk
- Microwave on High 8 12 to 10 12 minutes or until sugar is dissolved stirring twice
- Add remaining ingredients and stir until butterscotch is melted and cream is well blended
- Turn into a well-greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish
- Chill until firm Yields sixty 1 14-inch pieces
