Microwave Caramel Corn
Ingredients
- 23 c popcorn popped
- 1 c brown sugar
- 12 c margarine
- 14 c Karo light syrup
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 tsp baking soda
Directions
- Place the popped corn in a large brown bag
- Place brown sugar margarine syrup and salt in a glass bowl 2-quart size Microwave on High for 2 minutes
- Stir
- Microwave until syrup boils for 2 minutes
- Add 12 teaspoon soda
- Stir
- Pour over popped corn stirring to coat evenly
- Close paper bag
- Microwave for 1 12 minutes on High
- Shake and repeat
