Microwave Cherry Crisp

Ingredients

  • 1-21 oz can cherry pie filling
  • 34 c brown sugar
  • 23 c quick-cooking oats
  • 13 c flour
  • 14 c butter or margarine cold and cut into small pieces
  • Vanilla ice cream optional

Directions

  1. Spoon pie filling into greased 9 inch microwave-safe pie plate Combine brown sugar oats and flour in a bowl cut in butter until mixture is crumbly
  2. Sprinkle over filling
  3. Microwave on high for 12-14 minutes
  4. Serve warm with ice cream if desired
  5. Serves 4
