Microwave Chili

Ingredients
- 1 14 lb ground beef
- 2 cans chili beans with gravy
- 2 8 oz cans tomato sauce
- 4 to 6 oz red wine
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp sweet basil
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp oregano
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- pepper to taste
- garlic powder to taste
- 18 tsp Tabasco sauce
- 14 c Minute rice
Directions
- Place ground beef in plastic strainer over a two-quart glass measuring cup cover with paper napkin to prevent splashing and cook for 3 minutes on High
- Remove from microwave stir to mix Return to oven and cook on High for 3 minutes more
- Transfer to 3-quart glass container and add remaining ingredients stirring thoroughly to mix
- Place in oven and cook uncovered on High for 5 minutes
- Remove and stir return to oven and cook on Medium for 5 minutes
- Stir cook for 7 minutes
- Stir cook for 7 to 10 minutes more
- Stir and serve
