Microwave Cream Pie Filling

Ingredients
- 3 large eggs separated
- 1 12 c milk or 34 c evaporated milk and 34 c whole milk
- 1 c sugar
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 14 tsp butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Mix egg yolks and milk with a whisk
- Fluff up good
- Mix dry ingredients together then add to egg mixture
- Cook in microwave on Full power for 6 to 8 minutes
- Stir at 2 minute intervals until thickened
- When finished add margarine and vanilla Makes 1 9-inch or 2 8-inch pies
