Microwave Garlicy Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 lb small new potatoes scrubbed and patted dry
- 2 large cloves garlic peeled and crushed
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 12 tsp salt
- freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- Place potatoes in a 1 12-quart dish
- Add remaining ingredients and stir to coat potatoes
- Cover tightly with microwave plastic wrap
- Cook on High for 10 minutes in a 600 to 700 watt oven or 15 minutes in a 400 to 500 watt oven shaking dish to redistribute potatoes
- Potatoes are done when the tip of a small knife easily pierces the potato in the center
- Serves 4 as a side dish
