Microwave Hot Fudge Sauce

Ingredients

• 2 c Ghirardelli semi-sweet chips
• 13 c sugar
• 23 c half and half
• 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Place all ingredients in a 1-quart glass measuring cup or serving pitcher
2. Microwave on Medium about 4 minutes or until mixture just starts to boil stirring once during cooking time Stir to combine ingredients to a smooth sauce
3. Serve warm over ice cream
4. Refrigerate leftover sauce and reheat in microwave on Medium as needed
5. Makes 1 12 cups sauce
