Microwave Hot Fudge Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 oz chocolate chips
- 23 c evaporated milk
- 1 c sugar
- 2 Tbsp margarine
- 12 tsp vanilla
- 18 tsp salt
Directions
- In a 1 12-quart glass bowl melt chocolate chips in microwave
- Combine with milk and sugar
- Cook for 4 minutes stirring often
- Mix in margarine vanilla and salt
- Beat with rotary beaters until smooth
- Serve over ice cream
- Makes 1 12 cups
