Microwave Hot Fudge Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 c Ghirardelli semi-sweet chips
- 13 c sugar
- 23 c half and half
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a 1-quart glass measuring cup or serving pitcher
- Microwave on Medium about 4 minutes or until mixture just starts to boil stirring once during cooking time Stir to combine ingredients to a smooth sauce
- Serve warm over ice cream
- Refrigerate leftover sauce and reheat in microwave on Medium as needed
- Makes 1 12 cups sauce
