Microwave Lamb Chops

Ingredients

• 4 shoulder lamb chops
• 12 c coarsely chopped onion
• 1 clove garlic minced
• 12 c catsup
• 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 Tbsp prepared mustard

Directions

1. In microproof baking dish arrange lamb chops in one layer Sprinkle with onion and garlic
2. Cook covered on High maximum power for 5 minutes
3. Combine remaining ingredients and spread over lamb chops
4. Cover with waxed paper and cook on 60 Bake for 15 minutes or until lamb chops are tender
