Microwave Lasagna

Ingredients

• 32 oz jar spaghetti sauce
• Italian seasoning
• 1 large clove garlic or 12 tsp garlic powder
• 14 c water
• 1 8 oz pkg lasagna noodles
• 12 lb extra lean ground beef
• 3 c grated Jack cheese
• 1 c Ricotta cheese
• 1 c grated Mozzarella cheese
• 12 c Parmesan cheese

Directions

1. Mix first four ingredients
2. Layer in 9 x 13-inch casserole thin layer of sauce 3 raw noodles all of raw ground beef 12 Jack cheese 13 sauce 3 noodles spread all Ricotta cheese rest of Jack cheese 12 remaining sauce 3 noodles and rest of sauce Cover loosely
3. Cook on 12 power 5 10 minutes turn 14
4. Cook 12 power 10 minutes
5. Let stand 5 minutes
6. Turn 14 cook on High 10 7 minutes
7. Add cheese Mozzarella and Parmesan
8. Let stand 15 minutes before serving
