Microwave Meat Loaf

Ingredients

• 1 12 lb ground beef
• 1 egg slightly beaten
• 1 c bread crumbs
• 23 c milk
• 1 small onion chopped
• 1 2 12 oz jar sliced mushrooms
• 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp salt
• 14 tsp pepper
• 14 c ketchup

Directions

1. Mix together all ingredients except ketchup
2. Shape into a loaf in a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf dish
3. Spread ketchup over top Cover microwave on medium-high for 22 to 24 minutes or until no longer pink
4. Allow to stand covered for 5 minutes before serving
