Microwave Meatball Soup
Ingredients
- 1 28 oz can tomatoes
- 12 c water
- 1 small onion diced
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 Tbsp chopped green pepper
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 14 tsp marjoram
- 14 tsp pepper
- 12 lb ground beef
- 14 lb ground pork
- 12 c corn meal
- 1 egg
Directions
- Combine tomatoes water onion garlic chilies chili powder salt marjoram and pepper in a 2-quart microwaveproof bowl
- Cover with plastic wrap
- Cook on High for 5 minutes
- In separate bowl combine remaining ingredients
- Blend well Shape into 12-inch balls
- Drop meatballs into soup
- Cook on High for 11 to 13 minutes or until meatballs are no longer red stirring after 5 minutes
- Let stand five minutes before serving
