Microwave Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients

• 1 lb powdered sugar
• 1 c crunchy peanut butter
• 2 sticks margarine
• 1 Tbsp vanilla

Directions

1. Place sugar peanut butter and margarine in a glass bowl Microwave 2 minutes on High Stir a few times during the 2 minutes Remove and stir in vanilla
2. Pour into a 9 x 9-inch buttered dish
3. Chill 30 minutes and cut in squares
