Microwave Potatoes

Ingredients

• 4 large potatoes white
• salt and pepper
• butter
• margarine
• 1 c water

Directions

1. Slice potatoes medium thick
2. Layer in deep dish glass pie pan
3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste
4. Dot with butter Cover with plastic wrap
5. Microwave 25 minutes on High
