Microwave Ranch Eggs

Ingredients

• 1 pat butter or margarine
• 2 eggs
• 1 Tbsp Marzetti Garden Ranch dressing or other Ranch dressing
• 1 cheese slice optional

Directions

1. Melt one pat butter or margarine in small bowl in microwave on High for 30 seconds
2. Add eggs and Ranch dressing Marzetti Garden Ranch works the best
3. Beat thoroughly
4. Cook on High for one minute
5. Fold in outer edges
6. If desired place cheese slice over top of eggs
7. Cook again for 45 seconds on High with cheese or 30 seconds without until cheese is melted and eggs are not runny in center
8. Serves one
