Microwave Sausage-Cheese Dip

Ingredients
- 12 lb ground beef
- 12 lb sausage
- 1 lb process cheese cubed
- 12 c minced onion
- 12 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 10 oz can tomatoes and green chilies
Directions
- Cook ground beef and sausage in skillet until brown and crumbly
- Drain
- and set aside
- Combine remaining ingredients in 8-cup heatproof glass container
- Microwave on Medium-high until cheese

- Stir in meat mixture Serve with chips or fresh vegetables
