Microwave Sausage-Cheese Dip

Ingredients

• 12 lb ground beef
• 12 lb sausage
• 1 lb process cheese cubed
• 12 c minced onion
• 12 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 10 oz can tomatoes and green chilies

Directions

1. Cook ground beef and sausage in skillet until brown and crumbly
2. Drain
3. and set aside
4. Combine remaining ingredients in 8-cup heatproof glass container
5. Microwave on Medium-high until cheese
