Microwave Snack Cake

Ingredients

• 1 12 c flour
• 1 c sugar
• 14 c cocoa
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 12 tsp salt
• 1 c water
• 2 Tbsp vinegar
• 2 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Mix flour cocoa soda and salt in a 9-inch square microwave-safe pan
2. Mix remaining ingredients in 4-cup measure Stir into flour mixture until well blended
3. Microwave on High for 6 to 7 minutes rotating dish 14 turn twice until pick inserted near center comes out clean
4. Cool 10 minutes on flat surface Moist spots will dry
5. Then place on wire rack
6. Serve warm
