Microwave Snack Cake
Ingredients
- 1 12 c flour
- 1 c sugar
- 14 c cocoa
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 c water
- 2 Tbsp vinegar
- 2 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Mix flour cocoa soda and salt in a 9-inch square microwave-safe pan
- Mix remaining ingredients in 4-cup measure Stir into flour mixture until well blended
- Microwave on High for 6 to 7 minutes rotating dish 14 turn twice until pick inserted near center comes out clean
- Cool 10 minutes on flat surface Moist spots will dry
- Then place on wire rack
- Serve warm
