Microwave Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

• 3 to 4 large cooked sweet potatoes or 1 large can
• 14 c butter
• 12 c brown sugar
• 1 Tbsp flour
• 2 Tbsp cream
• 12 tsp salt

Directions

1. Put all ingredients except sweet potatoes or yams in a 7 x 11-inch baking dish
2. Microwave uncovered on High for 2 to 3 minutes until thickened
3. Stir once
4. Add sweet potatoes coating all sides
5. Microwave on High uncovered for 5 minutes rotating dish once and spooning syrup over potatoes
