Microwave Taco Chops

Ingredients

  • 1 12 Tbsp dry taco seasoning mix
  • 12 c crushed cornflake crumbs
  • 4 pork loin chops 1-inch thick
  • 1 egg slightly beaten
  • 1 cube beef bouillon
  • 12 c water

Directions

  1. Combine taco mix with cornflake crumbs
  2. Dip one side of each chop into egg and then into crumb mixture
  3. Reserve remaining egg and crumbs
  4. Place crumb side up into 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish or large pie plate placing meaty ends of chops toward outside of dish
  5. Microwave uncovered on High for 5 minutes turning dish 12 turn after 3 minutes
  6. Turn chops over top with remaining egg and crumbs
  7. Dissolve bouillon cube in water on High for 30 seconds Stir
  8. Pour around not over chops
  9. Cover with plastic wrap microwave for 6 minutes on High rotating dish once
  10. Let stand covered for 5 minutes
  11. Use pan drippings for gravy if desired Serves 4
  12. Simply delicious
