Microwave Toasted Seasoned Pecans

Ingredients

• 1 lb pecan halves
• 1 Tbsp seasoned salt
• 14 c butter or margarine

Directions

1. Place pecans in 1 12-quart microwavable casserole dish Sprinkle with seasoned salt
2. Cut butter in 8 pieces and space evenly on top of pecans
3. Cook uncovered on High for 5 to 6 minutes stirring once or twice during cooking to distribute butter
