Microwave Tomato Jalapeno Cheese Dip
Ingredients
- 2 lb process American cheese cubed
- 1 1 12 oz can tomatoes and jalapeno peppers drained
- 1 53 oz can evaporated milk
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in 2-quart glass measure or microproof bowl
- Cook 5 to 7 minutes on High or until cheese is melted stirring once during cooking time
- Blend thoroughly with electric mixer
- Pour into serving bowl
- Serve with corn chips or dipping-style potato chips or raw fresh vegetables
- Makes about 4 cups
- Total cooking time 5 to 7 minutes
