Microwave Tomato Jalapeno Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 lb process American cheese cubed
  • 1 1 12 oz can tomatoes and jalapeno peppers drained
  • 1 53 oz can evaporated milk

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in 2-quart glass measure or microproof bowl
  2. Cook 5 to 7 minutes on High or until cheese is melted stirring once during cooking time
  3. Blend thoroughly with electric mixer
  4. Pour into serving bowl
  5. Serve with corn chips or dipping-style potato chips or raw fresh vegetables
  6. Makes about 4 cups
  7. Total cooking time 5 to 7 minutes
