Microwave Zucchini
Ingredients
- 2 to 3 medium zucchini
- 1 to 2 c spaghetti
- Mozzarella cheese
Directions
- Slice zucchini into pickle type slices
- Layer in microwave-safe baking dish
- Top layers with prepared spaghetti sauce
- Microwave zucchini and shift sauce until zucchini is tender approximately 10 minutes
- Sprinkle top with Mozzarella cheese and microwave until melted
- Serve hot
