- zucchini squash
- salt and pepper
- oleo
- Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Slice squash in half
- Sprinkle with salt pepper and oleo Cook in microwave until tender
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese Return to microwave and cook until cheese is hot
