Midnight Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

• 2 c sugar
• 12 c cocoa
• 12 c shortening
• 2 eggs
• 12 c sour milk
• 2 c plus 2 Tbsp flour
• 1 c boiling water
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Cream the sugar and shortening Add cocoa eggs and sour milk Mix well Add flour
2. Mix Add boiling water with baking soda and vanilla Beat
3. Go heavy on wet ingredients
4. Light on dry ingredients Bake 45 to 55 minutes at 350 in long pan or 8-inch
