Mignonette Of Beef
Ingredients
- 12 c salad oil
- 14 c lemon juice
- 12 c dry red wine
- 12 tsp Tabasco
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 14 tsp thyme
- 1 bay leaf
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 medium onion thinly sliced
- 2 lb sirloin beef
- vegetables of choice
Directions
- Mix all ingredients well except beef and vegetables then add the beef cut into 1 12 to 2-inch cubes
- Refrigerate at least 5 hours or overnight
- Alternate meat and vegetables of your choice on skewer
- Broil about 20 minutes brushing with sauce occasionally
