MikeS Brownies
Ingredients
- 34 c sifted flour
- 5 Tbsp cocoa
- 12 c shortening
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c sugar
- 2 eggs beaten
- 12 tsp salt
Directions
- Measure all ingredients into one bowl
- Mix with mixer on low speed about 5 minutes
- Batter will be thick
- Spread in a well-greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350
