MikeS Meat Loaf

Ingredients

• 1 12 lb ground chuck
• 1 pkg Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix
• 1 tsp pepper
• 1 tsp seasoned salt
• 1 large onion chopped
• 12 green pepper chopped
• 2 carrots grated
• 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 34 c bread crumbs
• 34 bottle Heinz chili sauce
• 2 eggs beaten
• 12 tsp garlic powder
• 12 c catsup
• 14 bottle chili sauce
• 14 c brown sugar
• 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients together except the last 4 and shape into a loaf
2. Bake at 350 for 1 hour Remove from oven Top meat loaf with a mixture of the catsup chili sauce brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce
3. Cook 12 hour longer then remove and serve after cooling 15 minutes
