Ingredients

• 12 c shortening
• 1 c sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 13 c flour
• 14 tsp salt
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 12 tsp soda
• 12 c cocoa
• 12 c milk
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 12 c hot coffee

Directions

1. Thoroughly cream shortening and sugar
2. Add eggs beat well Add flour sifted with salt baking powder soda and cocoa alternately with milk and vanilla
3. Add coffee mix well
4. Fill greased cupcake pans 23 full
5. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes
