Milk And Egg Free Cake

Ingredients

• 1 14 c flour
• 23 c sugar
• 34 tsp baking soda
• 34 c applesauce
• 13 c vegetable oil
• 12 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Grease either a 9-inch round or a 8-inch square cake pan
3. Sift flour sugar and soda together
4. Mix applesauce oil and vanilla in a bowl add the dry ingredients and stir just until flour is moistened
5. Spread batter into prepared pan
6. Bake 30 minutes
